Pinnacle Sports was founded by professional racing driver Jon Lancaster. With over 20 years of international championship winning experience, across all disciplines of circuit racing, the first hand knowledge to develop any level of racer is second to none.

This wealth of expertise is applied to put our athletes into the best situation to thrive. Choosing the best teams and more importantly the best people within that team to make sure our athletes have the very best chance of success. Together we will set out a detailed road map over multiple seasons, paired with an individual driver development program featuring, simulator sessions, ice driving, in car tuition, specific fitness training and anything else required to execute our plan.
